Below are the registration fees for the upcoming Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2025. Our pricing options include rates for non-IWA members and discounted rates for IWA members, with tailored rates for High-Income Countries and Lower-Income Countries (see details below). Country pricing will be applied automatically during registration. The conference fees include access to both Congress & Exhibition areas, meals and tea and coffee breaks. The Gala Dinner price is £25 for registered delegates and will take place on 11th December. The prices below are in GBP (£), British pounds sterling.

Group Registration Notice
If you would like to register a group of 5 or more delegates, please download the offline registration template and send this to the IWA WDCE Congress team at registration.wdce@iwahq.org to assist you with your registration.
Please note that the group registration offline template is only eligible if you are attending in a group of 5 or more delegates. If you are registering for a group of up to 4, please proceed to register via the WDCE 2025 registration portal.

IWA member: For discounted registration rates, become an IWA member- join now. You will enjoy a minimum of 1 year of IWA benefits, such as receiving The Source Magazine, access to IWA exclusive content online and further discounts on IWA publications and all IWA events.
HIC/LIC Classification: IWA operates a High / Lower Income Country classification for its registration fees. The HIC/LIC classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. HIC = High Income Country. LIC = all other countries (covering Upper-Middle, Lower-Middle and Low Income Countries). Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status.
Students: Students will need to submit a copy of their student ID at the registration site.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Delegate registration cancellations received before 30 September 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 50 GBP administrative fee and any bank service charges. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 01 October 2025.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may nominate a substitute delegate from the same country classification who will be admitted without extra charge. All cancellations and nominations of substitute delegates should be done in writing through registration.WDCE@iwahq.org
